It's up to Detective Inspector Arthur Crispian of Scotland Yard to unravel the puzzle and to save the Earth. Written by Sydney James Bounds, a prolific British author of over forty novels and hundred of short stories under various pseudonyms. In the original full cloth binding. Externally, very smart with minor wear to the extremities. Original unclipped dust wrapper is worn with light chipping and sunning to the extremities. The odd small closed tear to the panel edges with two large closed tears and creases to the front panel and a 3" closed tear to the rear panel. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. A contemporary ink inscription to the half-title with a library stamp to the rear pastedown. Very Good . Ill.: None. Very Good/Good.
